To cook such a chicken fillet, you need a grill pan. A dish can be classified as very fast, it all takes no more than 12 minutes. It does not require dressings and sauces, chicken does not lose its inherent taste.

Ingredients

• 2 fillets;

• 1 tsp rosemary;

• salt;

• some olive oil;

• black pepper.

Cooking

1. Take both fillets and rinse well under the tap. Then dry. Now we cut along with a sharp knife. You should get four flat pieces.

3. Preheat the grill pan, do not add oil. But evenly pour out dried rosemary. If you use fresh twigs, then you can crumble them.

4. We do not wait until the rosemary begins to fry, and immediately put slices of fillet on top of it.

5. Fry the slices for exactly two minutes, this time we do not touch the chicken and do not lift it.

6. Turn over to the second side and grease the toasted top with olive oil. Just a little, use a few drops. It is convenient to do this with a silicone brush.

You can use any grill to cook such chicken fillet, even the simplest pan is suitable. The whole secret of this recipe is hidden in a fragrant marinade, in which you need to hold the fillet for at least 30 minutes.

Ingredients

• 4 fillets;

• 1 lemon;

• 20 ml of oil (olive);

• 1/3 teaspoon salts;

• 0.5 tsp pepper;

• 2 cloves of garlic.

Cooking

1. Through the press we pass the peeled cloves of garlic.

2. Add juice squeezed from a whole lemon of medium size.
