It is not at all difficult to prepare a honey cake with condensed milk, in addition, you will need very few ingredients. The main secret of a delicious honey cake is to bake cakes correctly.

The main product of the cake is honey. For dessert, liquid honey is better, but if you have thick honey, you can pre-melt it in a water bath.

In the classic honey recipe, sour cream is used, since a cream based on it perfectly soaks cakes. But today we will teach you how to cook a honey cake with condensed milk.

Cream with condensed milk is prepared with butter, sour cream, cream, or added to custard.

From flour, margarine, honey, sugar and eggs, a fairly steep dough is kneaded. To make the cakes rise, slaked soda is added to the dough. Then divide it into equal parts. Each piece of dough is rolled into a thin round cake, pierced with a fork in several places and baked for five minutes at 180 C.

The cream is prepared according to the recipe. The cooled cakes are generously greased with cream, spreading on top of each other. The sides of the cake are also coated with cream. Top the cake sprinkled with ground nuts or crumbs from cakes.

Recipe 1. Honey cake with condensed milk

Ingredients

Dough

two incomplete glasses of flour;

three eggs;

des. a spoon of vinegar;

sugar - a glass;

liquid honey - 50 g.

Cream

a pack of butter;

270 g of condensed milk.

Cooking method

1. Get the butter from the refrigerator in advance to make it soft. Turn on the oven.

2. Break the eggs into a bowl, pour sugar in them and rub them in with a wooden spatula until white. Add honey and mix so that it spreads evenly throughout the mixture.

3. Gradually fall asleep the sifted flour and knead with a wooden spatula so that no lumps form.

4. We extinguish the soda with vinegar, put it in the dough and mix until smooth. The dough should be like thick sour cream.

5. The dough is divided into four parts. In turn, pour into a greased split mold and level the surface with a wet spatula. Bake in a preheated to 200 C oven for ten minutes. So bake all the cakes.

6. Put the butter in a bowl and beat it into a white fluffy mass with a mixer. Without stopping whipping, pour the condensed milk in small portions.

7. Lubricate the cooled cakes with cream, spreading them on top of each other. Above and on the sides of the cake, abundantly cover with cream. Sprinkle the honey cake with crumbs or crushed nuts. Leave the cake for six hours so that the cakes are well saturated.

Ingredients

a glass of flour;

60 g of honey;

5 g of soda;

egg;

half a glass of sugar;

butter - 40 g.

Cream

sour cream - two glasses;

50 g of honey;

150 ml of 33% cream;

180 g of boiled condensed milk;

10 g of gelatin.

1. In a deep bowl, combine the eggs with sugar and beat until white foam appears on the surface. We put honey, soft butter, soda slaked with vinegar in the egg mixture and mix everything well. We heat on the stove until the mass acquires a dark golden color. Then gradually pour the flour and knead the dough. Divide it into seven equal parts and leave it to cool completely.

2. Roll the cooled dough into a thin layer and give it a shape. If the cake is round, cut the cake to the diameter of the dish on which you will collect it. We cover the baking sheet with parchment, put the finished cake on it and bake at 200 C for ten minutes. Thus bake all the cakes and leave them to cool.

3. In a deep bowl, combine the boiled condensed milk with cream, honey and sour cream. Beat everything together with a mixer until smooth. Put off a little cream. Add pre-dissolved gelatin to it and mix.

4. We add cakes in a pile and align the sides, cutting off all unnecessary. We put cakes in turn on a dish and smear each cream. Grease the cake on top with gelatin cream. We take a bubble wrap, cover it with the top of the cake and gently press it. We send the honey cake to the refrigerator for 20 minutes, after which we remove the film. It should be a "honeycomb".

Ingredients

Dough

baking soda - 5 g;

three eggs;

150 g of liquid honey;

300 g of granulated sugar;

600 g flour;

50 g of butter.

Sour cream

one and a half glasses of sugar;

half a liter of 20% sour cream.

Condensed milk cream

butter - 200 g;

360 g of condensed milk.

Cooking method

1. Sugar beat with eggs into lush foam so that it completely dissolves. Put honey, soda and soft butter in the egg mass. Boil water in a saucepan. It should be larger in volume than dishes with egg mixture. Set a container with dough on top and cook in a water bath for a quarter of an hour, stirring with a spatula until the mass changes color. Note that the mass will double. After ten minutes, pour a glass of flour, mix well with a spatula and brew the dough.

2. Remove the dough from the heat and gradually pour the rest of the flour, stirring with a spatula. When it becomes thick enough, put it in flour poured on the table and knead the dough. Divide it into eight equal parts, cover with foil and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

3. Roll out each ball and cut a circle according to the diameter of the dish on which the cake will be formed. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and lay the cake on it. Bake for three minutes at 180 C. So bake all the cakes and cool them.

4. Beat sour cream with a mixer, adding sugar a little.

5. Put soft butter in a separate bowl, add condensed milk to it and beat in a lush mass.

6. Pour sour cream on the dish and put the cake on it. So it will be softer. Put the remaining cakes on top of each other, lubricating them alternately with two creams. The sides of the cake are also coated with cream.

7. Mash scraps from cakes with a rolling pin and sprinkle with crumbs the top and sides of the honey cake. Leave the cake to soak overnight.

Recipe 4. Honey cake with condensed milk and cream cheese

Ingredients

Dough

flour - half a kilogram;

two eggs;

icing sugar - 75 g;

baking soda - 5 g;

honey - 100 g;

half a pack of margarine.

Cream and filling

fat cream - half a liter;

walnuts - 100 g;

cream cheese - 200 g;

boiled condensed milk;

gelatin - 15 g;

vanilla sugar.

Cooking method

1. Put all the ingredients for the dough in a food processor and knead the dough in it. It will take just a couple of minutes. It should be soft dough. We divide it in half and bake two cakes at a temperature of 180 C for a quarter of an hour. Cakes after baking should remain light.

2. Put the boiled condensed milk in a bowl and grind. Whip the cream in a separate bowl in a strong foam. Pour gelatin with drinking water and put on low heat to completely dissolve. Cool down. In a bowl with condensed milk, put four tablespoons of whipped cream. Combine the remaining cream with cream cheese and mix until smooth. In a container with gelatin, put three tablespoons of the cream mixture and beat with a mixer. Transfer the gelatin mixture to the creamy mass and mix well. We spread all the filling on the first cake, level it and cover it with the second cake.

3. Beat the boiled condensed milk with cream and grease the cake with the cream on top and around the edges. Sprinkle everything with finely chopped nuts and send the cake in the refrigerator for several hours.

Ingredients

flour - 600 g;

two eggs;

walnuts - half a cup;

cream margarine - 100 g;

baking soda - 5 g;

sugar - a glass;

50 g of liquid honey;

butter - 150 g;

can of boiled condensed milk.

Cooking method

1. Grind eggs with liquid honey and sugar. Add soft margarine and soda to this mixture, mix and send to a water bath. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture doubles. Cool, gradually add flour and knead soft dough. Leave it for an hour.
