To make delicious dumplings, not only minced meat is important, but also dough. We can say that without dough there will be no dumplings. After all, if the dough is not tasty or the dumplings are cooked by welding, there is little pleasure.

What you need to know before you start cooking? The main ingredient in the dough is of course flour, so choose only proven flour of the highest grade (white) with a high content of gluten.

Milk - 130 ml;

Water - 50 ml;

Flour - 3.5-4 cups (200 g);

Egg - 1 pc.;

Salt - 1 tsp;

If you use homemade milk, be sure to dilute it with water, if you use store milk, then there is no need to dilute it with water.

Sift 3 cups of flour into a deep bowl and add the egg, warm milk and water, do not forget the salt. If you knead on the table, then make a slide of flour, make a depression in it and pour out the liquid.

Knead the dough with a spoon. It is still sticky and does not roll into a lump. Now add the vegetable oil. It will give the test elasticity and density.

Now sprinkle flour on the table or work surface and put the dough from the bowl onto the table and begin to knead the hands. Pour the flour a little and knead well until the dough sticks to your hands. In this case, the dough should be smooth and keep its shape well.
