1. A decoction of young cones (kidneys)

10 grams of kidneys are scalded with 200 grams of boiling water. The mixture is immersed in a water bath, which boils for half an hour. After only 10-15 minutes, cool, pass through cheesecloth or sieve. Take a third of a glass from two to three times in one day, after eating.

2. Inhalation from a decoction of the kidneys

If it is necessary to carry out inhalation, first prepare a decoction according to prescription No. 1, and then put it on a slow fire. Hot inhalation is inhaled through the spout of the kettle. The procedure is carried out no more than five times a day.

3. Bathroom of cones

50 grams of kidneys per bucket of boiled water. This proportion should be observed when filling the bath, which usually holds 150-200 liters.

4. Cones jam

Young pine shoots, that is, cones that have not blossomed and have not hardened, are sorted from the parts of the trunk, conifers. Then they are washed in clean warm (not hot) water, and thrown into dishes that should not be oxidized, preferably enameled. Top up with cool water. The water layer should not exceed a few centimeters, that is, no higher than a finger.

The workpiece is brought to a boil and boiled further, but already adding sugar at 1 kilogram per liter. Jam is cooked for at least 90 minutes. Foam can be removed. After cooking, jam is poured into a glass dish.

5. Anti-rheumatic tincture of pine cones

Freshly picked cones are divided into several parts. They fall asleep in a three-liter jar. Then pour half a kilogram of sugar. The mass is filled with cooled boiled water and clogged. The mixture is agitated periodically until the sugar is absorbed and the resulting mixture fermented. Eat one tablespoon half an hour before breakfast and dinner.

6. Anti-inflammatory infusion (inflammation of the bladder)

One tablespoon of pine buds, filled with 200 grams of boiled hot water. Cones are infused from night to morning and are taken three times a day. You can take the tincture after a meal, with an interval of 1 to 1.5 hours. The amount of medication taken is the third part of a glass.

7. Alcohol anti-tuberculosis tincture

This tincture is collected from cones, which are cut into several parts and stacked in a jar. Fill the dishes with alcohol, which has a degree of at least 40% in a proportion of 1:10. Insist for 2-3 weeks at room temperature and squeeze, filtering the mixture. Take tincture from 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon three times a day, after breakfast, lunch and dinner.

8. A decoction of cones in milk.

A teaspoon of young cones should be poured with 1 cup of milk and boil the contents for no more than five minutes. Boil over low heat, stirring preferably with a wooden appliance. Strain the cooked broth. To use inside heated for 1-2 tablespoons, after breakfast, lunch and dinner.

9. Tincture of pine cones without alcohol

Pine cones: contraindications

Despite the most useful properties of pine cones, they still can not always be used as medicines or cosmetics.
