Delicious marinade for cooking chicken skewers. The combination of soy sauce and tomatoes - we make the meat juicy, and does not allow it to dry out during baking. And the preparation is simple. Pickling can be from two hours until the whole night (depending on what time you have). And according to this recipe, you can cook wings in the oven if there is no way to go to nature

Products for 1 kg of barbecue:

  • Chicken Wings - 1 kg
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l
  • Soy sauce - 20 ml.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l
  • Cream - 20 ml
  • Ground pepper - a couple of pinches

Cooking:

Prepare the sauce - combine soy sauce, tomato paste, pour in the cream, add ground pepper.

Mix marinade well until completely homogeneous.

Prepare the wings - often they have leftover wings. We pluck these residues, cut each wing into 2 parts. We cut off excess skin. Put in a deep bowl.

Immerse each slice in tomato sauce.

Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours (for perfect impregnation) under the lid.

And further on. Either in the oven (40 minutes at a temperature of 180), or on the barbecue. The result will exceed all expectations!
