Everybody likes pastries with minced meat. Chebureks, whites, samsa - pies that everyone loves. However, their preparation requires a lot of time and effort. You need to knead the dough, cook the filling and form pies. Yeast dough also takes time to proof.

When you really want meat patties, and there is no desire and time to tinker with the dough for a long time, thin Armenian lavash comes to the rescue. From it you can quickly and easily cook rolls, snacks and, of course, pies.

It is better to cook the filling with ground beef or chicken. You can buy it ready. But, to be sure of the quality of the product, cook the minced meat yourself from fresh meat.

Stuffing can be used raw, or fry it in a pan until cooked. Add onion, herbs or spices to the filling. All salt and knead well. You can experiment by adding certain ingredients to the filling. It can be cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc.

A sheet of Armenian pita bread is cut into small squares. On each lay the filling and form triangles or rectangles.

Recipe 1. Lavash pies with minced meat

Ingredients

six sheets of thin pita bread;

Cooking method

Onion-peeled bulb. Rinse and chop finely. Wash a bunch of dill, shake off excess moisture and chop finely.

Add the greens and onions to the minced meat. Season with spices and salt. Pour two tablespoons of cold boiled water and knead well. In a separate bowl, beat the egg slightly.

Expand and cut into squares a sheet of pita bread. Brush the edges with the egg mixture. Put some minced meat in the middle. Fold the square of the pita diagonally and press down the edges. Fry the pies in hot lean oil until golden brown.

Recipe 2. Lavash pies with minced meat and bell pepper

Ingredients

onion;

thin Armenian pita bread - three sheets;

100 g of Dutch cheese;

1/2 stack drinking water;

400 g minced meat;

bell pepper - pod;

50 ml of lean oil.

Cooking method

Put the minced meat in a heated cast-iron pan, and fry until all the liquid has evaporated. To get a uniform consistency, knead thoroughly with a spoon. Pour in a little oil and continue to pass, stirring until golden brown.

Rinse the peeled onion and finely chop. Put in a pan with minced meat. Fry, stirring for another seven minutes.

Cut the stalk from the bell pepper pod, carefully clean the seeds. Cut the vegetable into small pieces and add to the minced meat. Stir, stir, until the vegetables are soft.

Unfold pita bread on a table and cut into equal squares. Finely grate the cheese. Put a little chilled filling on the square. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and curl up with an envelope. Fry the patties in vegetable oil on both sides until a delicious crust appears.

Ingredients

300 g of champignons;

four sheets of thin pita bread;

a bunch of greenery;

100 g onions;

chicken egg;

200 g of minced chicken.

Cooking method

Using a knife, remove the thin skin from the hats. Cut the legs of the mushrooms. Wash the mushrooms, dry them on a napkin. Crumble thin slices.

Cut the peeled onion into thin quarter rings. Dry the washed greens and chop finely.

Put the pan on the fire. Put mushrooms in it and fry, stirring, until the liquid evaporates. Then pour in some vegetable oil and continue to fry. Add the onions and fry until golden brown. Now put the minced meat, cook, mixing thoroughly, until cooked. Add greens at the end, salt and stir. Finely grate the cheese.

Beat the egg in a separate plate and shake with a fork until smooth. Lay out thin pita bread on a table, cut it with the same squares. On each put a stuffing of minced meat and mushrooms. Sprinkle cheese on top. Wrap in an envelope.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Soak the envelopes in the egg mixture and put in a pan. Fry to a delicious crust on both sides.

Recipe 4. Lavash pies with minced meat and vegetables

Ingredients

Russian cheese - 200 g;

lean oil - 20 ml;

ketchup - 200 g;

sweet pepper pod;

potatoes - 400 g;

ten sheets of pita bread;

garlic - two slices;

any stuffing - 400 g.

Cooking method

Peel, wash and finely chop the potatoes. We clean the pod of pepper, rinse and cut it in the same slices as potatoes. Peel the garlic peel and chop finely.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet. We spread vegetables in it and fry, stirring constantly, for about ten minutes. The fire should be moderate.

We put the minced meat to the vegetables and continue cooking, stirring until there is no liquid left in the pan. Set aside and cool.

Grease a large baking sheet with oil. We turn on the oven at 180 C. For each thin sheet of pita bread, put the filling and fold it in the form of an envelope. Lay out the pita breads in the form so that they fit tightly to each other.

Water the dish with ketchup and spread it with a spoon. Sprinkle with cheese chips abundantly. We put the form for 20 minutes in the oven. A golden crust should form on the surface. Serve hot, sprinkled with herbs and sour cream.

Recipe 5. Lavash pies with minced meat and tomatoes

Ingredients

hot red pepper;

three sheets of pita bread;

10 ml grows. oils;

500 g of minced meat;

Cooking method

Wash and wipe the tomatoes with a disposable towel. Cut the vegetable into thin slices. Take only fleshy tomatoes with dense pulp, so that the filling does not turn out too wet.

Cut the pita leaves into squares. Put some toppings on each. Lay out circles of tomatoes on top. Roll the pita bread in the form of an envelope. Put the pies on the deco, covering it with baking paper. Grease each with ghee and bake at 180 C for about a quarter of an hour.

Recipe 6. Lavash pies with minced meat with tomato and sour cream sauce

Ingredients

four sheets of thin pita bread;

table salt;

minced meat - 300 g;

freshly ground pepper;

a small onion head;

tomato paste - 10 g;

two eggs;

sour cream - 50 g;

Cooking method

Peel and finely chop the onion. Pour a couple of tablespoons of oil into the pan and heat it well. Put the onions and fry, constantly stirring with a spoon, until golden brown. Continue to passer by adding minced meat, intensively kneading with a spatula so that no large lumps remain.

Pepper the filling, add salt, mix and put in a deep plate. Set aside until it cools completely. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add sour cream and tomato paste. Shake everything with a whisk until smooth. Pour in milk and shake again.

Grease each sheet of pita bread with tomato-sour cream sauce using a silicone brush. Cut the sheet into four parts. Put minced meat on one side of each and fold it in an envelope.
