Puff pastry is sold in the store, it can be weighted or packaged, you can choose any option. It is noteworthy that the "ears" are very light, for a medium-sized cake, half a kilogram is enough.

Cream in a classic custard cake. And with ready-made layers of puff pastry, it goes well. Boil it in milk with eggs and starch, often it is replaced with flour. Additionally introduced vanillin and butter.

What creams can I still use:

• 0.5 kg of ears;

• 0.6 kg of sour cream;

• 0.16 kg of sugar;

Cooking method

1. Prepare a quick cream. Just combine sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Better yet, take a mixer and beat for a few minutes. It is important to take a sufficiently thick and fatty product, then you get a good cream. But you also need to carefully beat the thick sour cream, it can easily become oil.

2. Put cookies in a suitable form in layers. Broken parts can be thrust into voids. We coat with sour cream, repeat until the products run out. Let the cake soak for at least five hours.

3. We get the improvised Napoleon. Lubricate with cream residues, decorate with crumbs from cookies or in any other way.

To prepare such a cake, you need two types of condensed milk. The main cream is made from white milk with butter and vanilla. The second cream will be used for decoration, for it you will need a little boiled condensed milk.

• 400 ml of white condensed milk;

• 150 g of boiled condensed milk;

• 250 g of oil;

• a bag of vanilla;

• 450-500 g of cookies.

Cooking method

1. Cooking cream. Oil for it needs to be removed in advance from the refrigerator. It is even advisable to cut into pieces so that it softens faster. Then put it in a bowl and beat for about five minutes at high speeds of the mixer. Set aside two full tablespoons.
