Ingredients:

a half-liter can of caramelized condensed milk;

three teaspoons of fat sour cream;

Pour the slightly cooled chocolate mass onto the top of the cake and evenly distribute, spreading with a knife over the entire surface. While the icing is not frozen, sprinkle the cake with crumbs of coconut, and place it for a couple of hours in the cold.

Ingredients:

small sweet crackers with poppy seeds - 350 gr.;

170 gr butter, high percent butter;

a handful of walnut kernels;

65 gr. cream, fat content of at least 35%;

30 gr dark chocolate;

boiled condensed milk - a tin jar.

Cooking method:

We grind the cookies into large crumbs with a blender or roll them with a rolling pin, placing them in a bag. It is desirable that the crumb comes out heterogeneous, with small pieces of crackers.

Pour the crushed cookies into a bowl convenient for mixing, and in the blender bowl we chop chocolate with nuts in the same way. We combine both masses, mix well.

Pour the cookies into a dry, deep bowl, grind it with your hands in crumbs so that part turns almost into flour, and part remains in the form of small pieces. Cookies can be crushed in a meat grinder or interrupted by a blender.

We spread lingonberries and raisins to the liver, mixing well, set aside.

Having placed a small saucepan on a small fire, immediately put pieces of oil in it. Melt, add the condensed milk to the oil and heat on low heat, stirring for three minutes.

Having slightly cooled the brewed base, we begin to work as a mixer - we whip the cream until fluffy at low speeds. It will become much thicker and noticeably whiter.

We spread a little less than a quarter of the cream to the dry mixture and mix it for a long time with a spatula or spoon. The deferred cream mass is mixed with cocoa.
