Ingredients: flour (2, 5 cups (leave a little for rolling), eggs (2 pcs), milk (1/2 cup), vegetable oil (preferably olive, 1 teaspoon), salt.

Ingredients: wheat flour (3 cups), light beer (1 cup), chicken egg (1 pc), salt.

Baking powder is a mixture of soda with a “quencher” - acid. Independently, such a mixture is obtained by extinguishing soda with vinegar or dairy products. If you think that kefir is not acidic enough, and vinegar is undesirable to use because of any disease - add a little juice of lemon or citric acid. Dilute acid 1: 1 with water.
