2. Bake the waffles in special waffle irons at a temperature of 180 degrees for two to three minutes. Before baking, be sure to grease the waffle iron.

3. The waffle dough should be liquid. Turn it on, like pancakes. To ensure its porosity, we use special baking powder.

Recipe 1: Pineapple Waffle Cake

In addition to pineapple, you can add several strawberries to this cake. Wild strawberries are also great. If dessert needs to be prepared quickly, then ready-made wafer sheets can be bought at the store. In this recipe, we will try to bake them ourselves.

Ingredients:

- four squirrels
- marzipan mass 200 gr.
- 60 gr. milk
- icing sugar 120 gr.
- a little cinnamon
- 60 gr. good sifted flour
- fresh pineapple 600-800 gr.
- 400 gr. cream
- orange liquor 20 gr.
- strawberries (optional)
- ground pistachios 2 tsp

Cooking method:

1. Grind the marzipan mass, add mixed (but not whipped) proteins to it. Mix with a whisk, gradually pouring milk into it. Mix powdered sugar with flour and cinnamon (pinch), pour in portions into the mass, stirring. We got batter. Next, heat the waffle iron (if it is not, use the pan) and bake crispy wafer sheets from the dough. We lay them on the grill so that they cool faster.

2. Peel the pineapple. Cut the pulp into two halves. Grind the first half with a knife into small pieces, and grind the second half in mashed potatoes. Whip the cream to a thick, dense foam and mix them with pineapple puree and orange liquor. Whip again.

3. Grease the wafer layers with creamy pineapple cream, stacking them on top of each other. After 2 layers, in addition to the cream, use slices of pineapple and strawberries (optional). We lubricate the last cake with cream and process the formed cake once again so that there are no gaps.

Recipe 2: Waffle Cake with Blueberries

Cake with waffles and blueberries will certainly appeal to everyone. All you need to cook it is 40 minutes of free time. So, let's get started?

Ingredients:

- 600 gr. cottage cheese
- 600 gr. yogurt without additives (natural blueberry can be)
- 200-300 gr. blueberries
- 250 gr. waffles (but without filling)
- butter 100 gr.
- 400 gr. fine sugar
- one stack. fat cream
- gelatin 4 gr. (in granules)

Cooking method:

1. First, break the waffles into pieces and put them in a bowl. Melt the butter in your usual way and pour it into waffle crumbs. Lubricate the baking dish (detachable) with oil, put the crumbs in it and send it to the preheated oven (180 degrees) for ten minutes.

2. Beat cottage cheese with yogurt, pour sugar in portions and continue to beat until sugar is dissolved. Now divide the mass into two equal parts. We sort, peel, wash my blueberries, throw them in a colander so that the glass is moisture. Then rub the berries in mashed potatoes with your hands or with the help of special devices. We leave some berries for decoration. The resulting mashed potatoes are mixed with one half of the curd mass. Soak gelatin according to the instructions.

3. Heat a little cream and add gelatin to them. Mix. We pour our cream in half into the curd mixture (the first part is poured into the curd mixture without blueberries, the second part, respectively, with blueberries).

4. Now we cut out a wide ribbon from the parchment and cover it with the sides of the form. On the waffle chips (directly in the form), first spread the curd mixture without blueberries, and then with blueberries. We put in the cold to harden for 2-3 hours. Then we take out the cake, remove the parchment ribbon that held the curd mixture, decorate the berries with blueberries and serve on the table.

Recipe 3: Wafer Cake with Condensed Milk

Recipe 4: Waffle cake with condensed milk (option 2)

Ingredients:

- six waffle cakes
For the first layer:
- 200 gr. boiled condensed milk
- 150 gr. drain. oils
- ground nuts
- two tablespoons of cocoa
For the second layer:
- 50 gr. drain. oils
- two egg yolks
- cocoa 1 teaspoon.
- a pinch of vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons of sugar

Cooking method:

Pour the condensed milk into enameled dishes, rub it with butter until smooth, then add nuts, two teaspoons of cocoa to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and coat five wafer cakes. Next, we make another cream. To do this, grind 50 g into a homogeneous mixture. butter, two yolks, a spoonful of cocoa, vanilla and fine sugar (sand can be).
