• a bunch of greenery;

• three cloves of garlic;

• five peas of black pepper;

• sunflower oil.

Cooking method:

We peel and cut vegetables: potatoes - slices, onions and carrots - half rings, peppers - strips, tomatoes - in small pieces.

Grind garlic with garlic presses.

Pour a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil into the slow cooker.

In the "Frying" mode, cook onions and carrots for three minutes.

Add the potatoes, salt and cook in the same mode for a quarter of an hour.

In a separate bowl, mix the bell peppers, tomato and load them into a slow cooker. Add the peppercorns of black pepper.

  • To prepare the dish, vegetable oil can not be used. As a rule, canned foods contain a lot of fat. But to reduce calorie content it is better to remove it partially or completely.

  • The potato variety in which the starch is smaller is more suitable. Otherwise, during cooking, it may become too boiled.

  • If young vegetables are used, especially potatoes, the stew time can be reduced by at least five minutes.
